Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Poppy Brand pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your return package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
